Casino 580

Livermore, California

ATI was retained to provide architectural and MEP services for the design development, construction documents, and construction management for this 10,400 sf tenant improvement project in an existing building in an industrial park along Interstate 580 in Livermore.

It is classified as a “card room,” and it contains a large gaming room, a semi-private gaming room for higher-limit gaming, a restaurant with a full service commercial kitchen, a cocktail lounge, a reception and waiting area. The “back of house” spaces include an employee lounge, administration office, security office, storage, mechanical and electrical rooms. The design concept was based on an open plan scheme that maximized efficiency while providing for high capacity participation with minimal security staffing.
