2800 Sloat Boulevard project encompasses the demolition of three existing commercial buildings and a parking lot for conversion to a new five story, mixed-use building totaling approximately 117,000 gsf over a 112-space subterranean parking structure. The project includes 56 dwelling units, consisting of 19 one bedroom units, 24 two bedroom units, and 13 three bedroom units, totaling approximately 59,000 gsf. The project also includes approximately 23,000 gsf of ground floor commercial uses and an open-air market. The project was approved by the City of San Francisco Council in 2008 and is currently in design phase.
