Design-Build

Design-build is a project delivery system where the design and construction aspects are contracted for with ATI.  In this case, ATI as the design-builder is also the design professional.  This project delivery approach is used to minimize the project risk for an owner and to reduce the delivery schedule by overlapping the design phase and construction phase of a project. This is one of the oldest forms of construction delivery commonly known as the "Master Builder" approach.

Project Management

ATI's Project Management services are used for single or multiple projects, or for an overall construction program.  These services typically encompass the planning, design and construction phases complete through closeout and occupancy.  Services include:
