ATI is thrilled to announce the promotion of four professionals to associate. These individuals represent diverse roles within our firm, while sharing a passion for their work, exhibiting strong leadership, and a high metric of outstanding performance. As a privately held company, our associates are integrally involved in our commitment to design excellence and the future success of ATI.
“These promotions recognize the contribution made to by our key teammates in strategic areas such as project quality, client service, and business strategy” says ATI’s President/CEO, Paul DiDonato.
Alla Hesse joined ATI in 2012 where she started as a Marketing Coordinator. Recently promoted to Marketing Manager, Alla’s primary role is to ensure that all marketing and business development activities upholds to ATI’s strategic vision. Her responsibilities include developing and executing all marketing campaign, as well as producing Statement of Qualifications, Brochures, and Presentations. In her tenure with ATI, she has expanded a library of marketing collateral for various market sectors, as well as directed the re-design of ATI’s new website which launched back in September of this year.
Joseph Nunneley, P.E., LEED AP has been a Project Engineer at ATI for over six years. He is experienced in structural and seismic engineering and his primary areas of focus include building design, equipment anchorage, and the evaluation of existing structures. Joe’s design experience includes design of steel, concrete, and wood framed structures. During his time at ATI, Joe has served as a firm-wide resource to our staff to facilitate creative civil and structural solutions for many challenging high-profile projects. Additionally, Joe has also been a mentor to multiple new team members at ATI. Most recently, Joe worked on the Sonoma County Office of Education Project that is currently in construction.
May Mohamed, R.A., joined ATI in 2013. May has over fifteen years of professional experience on a broad range of architectural building types, and in all phases of project delivery. Her recent project experience has been in educational projects, where she has successfully spearheaded and integrated CHPS criteria into multiple school sites. May was a key player on the recently completed San Ramon Library Project and has been an essential contributor to ATI’s design team and successes.
Sergey Korolev, P.E. joined ATI in 2016. He is a Licensed Engineer with eight years of electrical design and drafting experience. He has worked extensively in a manufacturing setting, controlling and setting plant automation and efficiency controls. During his short time at ATI, Sergey has developed into a strong leader for our Electrical Engineering department through his commitment to quality and client satisfaction. Most recently, Sergey was an essential contributor and Electrical Engineer of Record to the Fremont USD, George Walters Junior High School Modernization Project in Fremont, CA.
