We are proud to announce that Alderson Business Park – Seventh Street Development is completed and ready for leasing. This development is also thriving threefold, as it promotes business growth, honors Veterans, and is being recognized for Irwindale Environmental Awards.
This development has been selected as an honoree for the 2017 Environmental Water Sustainability Award. This award recognizes companies that are environmentally responsible, and has implemented and achieved significant reduction in its carbon footprint. The Irwindale Chamber of Commerce Environmental Committee initiated this Awards Program to recognize the efforts and diligence of businesses as related to environmental concerns.
ATI designed the 10 acre, 195,130 square foot industrial development that is located in the prime western San Gabriel Valley, making it a perfect space to house budding businesses.
The state of the art mission-style development consists of five free standing buildings. Each building includes 5,570 sf of two-story executive offices, large fenced private yards, 26-foot minimum clear height, dock-high and grade level loading, and abundant parking. The buildings also feature large lunette windows, which allow natural light to cascade through the offices.
The newly completed business park is located on Alderson Avenue and Los Angeles Street immediately adjacent to American Veterans (AMVETS) Post 113 Headquarters and Event Center, a post that has been operating for over 50 years.
In a news posting by Seventh Street Development, Mayor Mark Breceda stated, “This development will not only bring five new businesses to town, but allows us to make Irwindale the permanent home to AMVETS Post 113 who have been here for over 50 years. Alderson Business Park gives us the best of both worlds by allowing us to promote new business within our community while at the same time honoring our veterans.”
AMVETS is the largest and oldest veteran’s service organization. The volunteer led organization, provides support to veterans through service programs and its distinctive open-door policy. AMVETS meets the increasing needs and changes of the 21st century by focusing on preserving freedom, supporting America’s defenders and their dependents, and serving our communities.
