While construction for ATI’s 2800 Sloat Blvd Ocean Park Development project is underway, the project has been featured on San Francisco Business Times 50 Largest SF Construction Project’s list for June 2016.
Alongside other large and notable projects such as the Transbay Transit Center project at $1.1 billion and the San Francisco’s International Airport project at $700 million, 2800 Sloat Boulevard is recognized as the 45th largest San Francisco construction project, closing in on an expected construction cost of approximately $34.8 million.
Just steps away from Ocean Beach, the 2800 Sloat Boulevard project encompassed the demolition of three existing commercial buildings and a parking lot for conversion to a new mixed-use building totaling approximately 122, 455 sf over a 112-space subterranean parking structure. The project includes 56 dwelling units, consisting of 11 one bedroom units, 41 two bedroom units, and 4 three bedroom units. The entire street level and a portion of the second floor will be dedicated to commercial and restaurant spaces.
Below is a rendering of what the completed project will look like.
