2014 has been a year of growing for ATI. In fact, 18 employees have joined our three offices throughout the year. Our close knit team is made up of a group of lively individuals who enjoy the diversity of their projects and camaraderie of their co-workers. This has created a positive environment that fosters Teamwork, Respect, and the Right Results.
We will continue to hire in 2015 as new projects keep coming. Our Costa Mesa office will look to hire a Designer/Job Captain and a Licensed Architect with K12 experience. Leanne Law, PE – Electrical Engineer, Danville
Leanne joins ATI as a Licensed Electrical Engineer and brings nearly 30 years of experience. She has substantial experience in medium voltage, building electrical, and lighting design. Wasting no time to get involved, she is developing Construction Documents for one of ATI’s San Francisco clients.
Bob Bingham, LEED AP, PMP – Senior Architect Costa Mesa
ATI’s Costa Mesa office hired Bob Bingham as a Senior Project Architect. Bob has strong experience in Industrial/Cold Storage design. Bob will provide quality control, construction administration, and will manage sub-consultants. Bob will also serve as a mentor to ATI’s staff and will assist in business development.
George Bean, RA – Project Manager Costa Mesa
George is a new Project Manager in ATI’s Costa Mesa office. As a Licensed Architect, George has extensive knowledge and experience with all aspects of design and construction management. His solution driven approach is a benefit to the construction process and allows George to keep projects under budget and on schedule.
Dale Furman, AIA – Project Manager Costa Mesa
Dale has over 30 years of experience in the architecture industry and is a Licensed Architect. He is an expert in transforming schematic design drawings into high quality Construction Documents. He will work closely with our clients to define project scopes and create designs that exceed client expectations.
Ken Dunn – Job Captain, Roseville
Ken re-joins ATI’s Roseville office as a Job Captain. He will lead the CAD/Revitt production, assist in writing specs, coordinate with other disciplines and sub-consultants, and work on DSA submittals. Currently, Ken is providing construction administration services for a large addition of a 13 classroom wing to the Winston Churchill Middle School for San Juan USD.
